For specific quality assurance procedures applicable to EDC systems
(terminal/printer, integrated unit, pin pad or check reader/imager), embossers,
printers, merchants kits and all CardWare services, contact us.

Shipping Information

• Customers provide addresses if other than the physical address. 
  (We cannot ship to PO Boxes.) 

• Cardware uses UPS as its primary carrier, and USPS for small packages not
  containing high-value items that do not require signature as proof of delivery.

• UPS, FedEx, Airborne and Priority Mail are used for rush orders.

• Shipping is a direct pass-through at cost, prepaid, and added unless
  specified otherwise. 

• Where possible, we consolidate multiple items as a single package
  to keep shipping expense low.

• New account requests are shipped regular ground within two business days
  on sooner.  98% are shipped the same day we receive.

• Rush requests for next day air shipping are fulfilled on the same day
  when received by 5:00 Eastern time. 

• Our central location, with a 600-mile radius of 80% of US population,
  means faster delivery at lowest-possible cost!

Terms and General Information

• Our minimum order is $5.00.

• For ACH, automatic debit or checking account withdrawal,
  “Thirteen Inc.” will appear on your bank statement. 

• Stop payment, NSF, retrieval requests and charagebacks
  incur a $25 handling fee.

• Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt,
  as a net pass-through expense.  (Normal business day cut-off
  is 3:30 Eastern time, although overnite shipments can be
  processed same day when received by 5:00.)

• Refused and returned shipments incur a 15% restocking fee,
  plus net cost of shipping.
