Tele-Training

Cardware tele-training is scheduled at the convenience of the merchant.
Experience trainers are always available from 7 am until 8 pm. Other times
can also be arranged.
Managers are trained on every aspect of accepting and processing bankcards and
checks as payment. The trainer works with the manager as he performs actual
transactions: sale, credit/void, balance, settle, transmit. The process continues
until the manager demonstrates a working knowledge of the process and is capable
of training his own personnel.
Managers also receive Cardware tele-training on:
- Card acceptance
- Anti-fraud and security measures
- Common terminal and host responses
- Back-up procedures in event of failure
Training is geared to the merchant achieving full understanding of all processes.
Managers receive a follow-up call several days after training to address questions
that have arisen during actual operation.
