CardWare supports its merchants with an inventory of more than
250 different items specifically for bankcard processing, including:

Dot matrix printer paper rolls – two and three-ply, white/white,
white/ canary, white/canary/pink and other sets, requiring a ribbon for
top copy or impact with no ribbon for top copy

Thermal printer paper rolls – single-ply to accommodate all
standard bankcard thermal printers

Ribbons – ribbons for all the standard bankcard dot matrix printers,
black/red, black and purple

Forms – sales, credit, batch or summary, cash advance, bank summary,
cash advance summary and others

POP advertising material – MC/V/DC/AmEx/Disc, decals of
all sizes, plus a wide range of indoor and outdoor signs, tip trays,
check presenters, hang tags, banners, ad slicks, etc.

Peripheral support material – overlay, quick reference guides
(QRGs), operating guides, stackers

Imprinter – all the primary manufacturers, new and remanufactured,
with or without date wheel; unique imprinters like electric (dining, lodging,
rental and hospital), pump handle (retail, check book, vertical form,
multi-size form), date & dollar (petroleum)

Imprinter plate – embossed merchant ID plate

Deposit plastic – embossed merchant deposit plastic,
standard white, colors or custom

Just-In-Time Replenishment

• Bankcard supply orders can be placed by the client’s merchant,
  the client or their specified agent.

• We accept orders by toll-free phone, fax, mail, e-mail or on-line.

• CardWare accepts orders 24 hours/day.

• A business day cut off is 3:30 pm Eastern time.

• Supply requests are fulfilled and shipped regular ground within two
  business days or sooner. (98% are shipped the same day as received.)

• Rush requests for Next Day Air shipping are fulfilled on the same day
  when received by 5:00 pm Eastern time.

• Orders can specify the ship-to address if other than the merchant’s
  physical location. (We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.)

TRAM – Transaction Activity Monitoring

• Daily or monthly transaction or authorization activity numbers are
  provided to CardWare. numbers of transaction or authorization activity

• We import the transaction number into TRAP (Transaction Activity Predictor)
  software, and perform statistical analysis to determine:
  1. Average periodic transaction supply usage
  2. Number of months on hand for transaction supplies

• Transaction Activity Monitoring can also be used by CardWare clients to
  establish bankcard supply limits or thresholds.

PRO – Proactive Supply Replenishment

Transaction Activity Monitoring will also:

1. Accurately predict transaction supply points
2. Team with the merchant’s supply profile to ship transaction
   supplies before the merchant runs out
