Senior Management Team

January 8, 2008.  Biff Matthews, President of
CardWare International, has announced the
appointment of Gregory Lay as Vice President
of Sales.  Mr. Lay is the former Partner, and
Director of Sales for JR’s POS Depot, a
transaction equipment company based in
Sunrise, FL.  In his new position, Lay has
responsibility for CardWare’s national sales
development, and will manage CardWare’s
extensive revenue-sharing programs throughout North America.   
Mr. Lay joined the payment industry in 2000.  He previously held
sales management and marketing positions during 18 years with
The Ralston Purina Company.   CardWare International, founded in
1975, specializes in merchant support programs, help desk,
supply services, file building, and deployment.
