CardWare associates actively volunteer with the Food Pantry Network
of Licking County, which, in 2007, served 84,375 individuals, 50% of whom
were infants and children. Our goal is to gather 2,300,000 food items to meet
the need in 2008.

CardWare also sponsors Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, helping to raise, with
the spring Bowl for Kids event, more than $60,000. Around 450 bowlers took part.
Bowl for Kids is the largest annual fundraiser for the agency. Fundraising provides
more than a quarter of the total needed each year to provide free mentoring
services to the children of Licking and Perry counties.

Special Olympics is one of our biggest, company-wide volunteer events.
This year, the event will be held at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Special
Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition to children and adults
who are intellectually disabled. Participants develop improved physical fitness and
motor skills, greater self-confidence and a more positive self-image.
